Independent Service Provider Notice: We Do Search is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of LinkedIn Corporation or its affiliates. Use of LinkedIn's platform is subject to LinkedIn's own Terms of Service.

Service
1.1 Introduction
Subject to the Client's compliance with this Agreement, We Do Search will provide the Service according to the subscription plan selected. We may modify the Service Descriptions from time to time, provided such modifications do not materially adversely affect the Services.
1.2 Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be the "Account Holder" of the provided LinkedIn account, the account must be in your real name, and you must authorize We Do Search to access and manage the account data.
1.3 Changes to Agreement
We may modify this Agreement or our Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via the Service or other means. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes consent to the updated terms.

Payment and Automatic Renewal
Subscription Fees
By subscribing to our paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes for each subscription period. The Service will continue on a recurring basis and fees will remain due for each period until a valid cancellation notice is received by We Do Search, regardless of whether an invoice has been issued. Failure to pay will not automatically terminate the Service; however, We Do Search reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover all outstanding amounts.
Billing
You authorize us to store your payment method and charge it at the start of each subscription period. Invoices will be issued via WhatsApp within 30 working days of each billing cycle. Delays in invoice issuance by We Do Search do not constitute a waiver of fees owed. The Client remains liable for all subscription fees accrued up to the effective date of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
The Service is a recurring subscription. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must provide a cancellation notice at least seven (7) working days prior to the renewal date. If notice is received less than seven working days before renewal, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
Exception: In the event that We Do Search is unable to deliver any Candidate introductions within the first three (3) months of the subscription term, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of fees paid for that term, upon written request submitted within 14 days of the end of such period.
Refunds
All payments are strictly non-refundable, except as expressly stated in any separate written agreement or promotional terms provided at the time of subscription.

Rights and Limits
License to We Do Search
You grant us the right to access, store, and process your data to provide the Service. You warrant that all provided information is truthful.
LinkedIn Platform Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that use of the Service involves activity on LinkedIn's platform and that such activity is subject to LinkedIn's own Terms of Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and accept the risks associated with LinkedIn's usage policies. We Do Search shall not be liable for any account restrictions, warnings, or bans resulting from LinkedIn's enforcement of its own terms.
Liability for Untruthful Information
We bear no responsibility for damages or account loss caused by untruthful or illegal information provided by the Client.

Intellectual Property
We Do Search and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service. The Service is licensed to you, not sold. No other rights are granted except as expressly stated here.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, including uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Client Risk Assumption
The Client acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Service involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: changes in LinkedIn's platform policies, algorithm updates, market conditions, and the quality or suitability of introduced Candidates. All such risks are assumed entirely by the Client. We Do Search makes no guarantee as to the outcome of any introductions, hiring decisions, or business results arising from use of the Service. The Client agrees that they have independently assessed these risks prior to subscribing and shall not hold We Do Search liable for any adverse outcomes.
Account Risk
We Do Search shall not be liable for any LinkedIn account restrictions, warnings, or bans resulting from the use of the Service.
Damages Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Do Search will not be liable for lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed (A) the total fees paid by you in the current term or (B) HK$1,000, whichever is lower.

Confidentiality
We shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding your information and will not disclose it without your consent, except as required by law.
// CLAUSE 07
Termination
Notice
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice.
Post-Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will sign out of your account and delete your login details within 30 days.
Client Responsibility
You are strongly advised to change your LinkedIn password immediately upon termination to prevent any potential information leakage.
// CLAUSE 08
Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
// CLAUSE 09
General Terms
Severability
If any part of this Contract is found unenforceable, the court should modify it to achieve its intent, or remove the unenforceable part while enforcing the rest.
Entire Agreement
This is the sole agreement between us regarding the Service.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a breach does not waive our right to act on future breaches.
Assignment
You may not transfer this Contract without our consent. We Do Search may assign this Contract to its affiliates or a successor without your consent.
By subscribing to the LinkedIn Leadership Program via WhatsApp or any other channel, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
